The Marina

Asunto is berthed in Spruce Harbour Marina near Granville Island in Vancouver. We are the only live aboard Co-Op marina in Vancouver and have 54 liveaboard spots. The waitlist is extensive, and most people ‘get in’ by purchasing a boats with live aboard shares. Spruce is truly the luxury of live aboard marinas. We are a close knit community where everyone knows everyone else.
