New article! About laundry!! So fun!

Over the last week we have blasted north. Our trip has been faster than our internet! Here is a lump update.
Day 59: A tour of the whale museum at Telegraph Cove and a cultural visit to Alert Bay
Day 60: Explorations of the settlement of a group of utopia seeking Finns in the 1900s in Sointula on Malcom Island. Sointula means ‘place of harmony’. We agree
Day 61: Making some real northward progress now. We are tucked into Beavers Cove, watch the salmon jumping all around. First humpback sighting.
Day 62: Quick stop in Port Hardy then a great sail with winds up to 30 knots before we anchored in God’s Pocket. Yet that is really what they named it.
Day 64: Stopped for the morning near Nwakato Rapids- these are one of the fastest tidal flows in the world. Bushwhaked along a trail to a viewing platform where we watch the flow from above. Arrrived in Fury Cove, but are disappointed by the plethora of powerboats. However, the sunset was spectacular.
Day 65: At the Hakia Beach Institute, borrowing their wifi. We can’t quite figure out what goes on here, but the beaches are gorgeous.

A dry morning and a perfect stern tie at the falls in Teakerne Arm. Last night a wicked squall came through, we had white caps breaking on our hull! Not only did we have to watch our anchor, Asunto got a pressure wash!Stern Tie at Teakerne Arm
